Spotlighting Success

Meet Katrina Agnew, Chief Operating Officer at Oasis Hospice

At Oasis Hospice & Palliative Care, our mission is rooted in compassion—and no one embodies that spirit more fully than our Chief Operating Officer, Katrina Agnew.

With over 30 years of dedicated experience in the hospice industry, Katrina brings not only executive leadership but also an unmatched depth of insight and heart to our work. Her journey began in 1994 as an Admissions Coordinator and has since included leadership roles in business development, operations, and sales. Her previous position had her oversee one of the largest hospice care agencies in America.

Today, she serves as COO for both Oasis Hospice and our inpatient facility, House of Goshen, where her guidance ensures patients and families receive dignified, mission-led care at every level. For Katrina, hospice is personal. Having navigated her own family’s hospice journey, she speaks with clarity and conviction about the value of timely, compassionate support.

“Hospice isn’t about giving up. It’s about shifting the focus—toward comfort, connection, and peace,” she says. “So many families tell us, ‘I wish we had called sooner.’ And we hear them.”

Katrina holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), a BBA, and a Fellowship in Public Health Leadership. But perhaps her greatest credential is her unwavering belief in hospice as a calling. When she’s not leading teams or mentoring our staff, she enjoys traveling, missions work, and spending time with her beloved Shih Tzus, Foxie and Zoie.

We’re proud to have Katrina’s leadership shaping the future of Oasis. Her vision helps us ensure that every patient and family feels seen, supported, and cared for—with dignity.
